SINGHA R-SA received many good feedbacks and great experiences from the “Baan Term Rak” (a house full of love) project at Prachin Buri. Recently, we had the chance to repeat the project. We built a lovely warm house for Pratuang Intayung (Nut), a student who won a “Boon Rawd Brewery Student Development Scholarship.”

Nut comes from a poor family but he has been a tower of strength and has cared for the nine members of his household. They all lived in a small, old dilapidated house. SINGHA R-SA wanted to help this family, so we collaborated with the Boon Rawd Brewery Student Development Scholarship group to build Nut’s family a new house in the “Baan Term Rak” project”.

SINGHA R-SA joined forces with thirteen students from Boon Rawd Brewery Student Development Scholarship and twenty volunteers from SINGHA R-SA Student Network of Naresuan University and traveled to Nut’s house in Phitsanulok Province. We divided into several groups to quickly complete the mission. We plastered and painted the walls and eventually the new house was completed. SINGHA R-SA also handed out bottled drinking water and some necessary supplies to Nut and his family. We were very tired after many hours of hard work but when we saw the smiles on the faces of Nut and his family members and received their thanks it made us so proud. We grinned from ear to ear and shared in their delight and happiness.

SINGHA R-SA thanked all the volunteers from the Boon Rawd Brewery Student Development Scholarship group and SINGHA R-SA Student Network of Naresuan University for a job well done. We encouraged Nut’s family to keep on fighting! SINGHA R-SA will always be there to help in times of need.
