Following the Professional Cooking Workshop, we organized back in July 2020, there were a lot of people asking Singha R-SA to set up similar courses, particularly in provincial areas. This time, Singha R-SA joined forces with “Chef Book” Boonsmith Phukganasuk to continue with the vocational training project. Chef Book developed the “10 Simple and Savory Dishes” cooking course and conducted the first provincial workshop at Surat Thani Beverage Plant on 17 October 2020.

 

The 10 dishes he came up with were common and easy to prepare. In addition, participants were also coached about distribution channels and promotions for their potential business. Besides Surat Thani, where the workshop concluded successfully, Singha R-Sa also planned to host similar events in Khon Kaen and Chiang Mai with an aim to provide vocational knowledge to local communities and passing on specialized tips and tricks they can apply to their career.
