Singha R-SA continued to organize “10 Simple and Savory Dishes” cooking courses for local communities. After Surat Thani, our next stop was Khon Kaen Brewery Company where Singha R-SA and “Chef Book” Boonsmith Phukganasuk conducted the workshop with several young-generation culinary enthusiasts.

Recipes taught during the workshop that day included Yentafo noodles, Thai railway fried rice, Spaghetti Pad Kee Mao with seafood, spicy chicken salad with rice, and Todd Sauce fried chicken. Our kitchen was filled with mouth-watering scents throughout the day and the taste of each dish was also amazing. The credits, of course, went to our instructor – Chef Book.
