SINGHA R-SA Fill Water,
Fill Up on Happiness Project

Scorching weather wiped the smile off our faces, especially the one in April. We would like to bring back the smiles so this project was undertaken.

The project was originated from Mr.Todd Piti Bhirombhakdi’s Facebook post to let his followers choose four places they wanted SINGHA R-SA and TP12 to go to do volunteer activities.

The first milestone

The first mission of SINGHA R-SA took place at Bangsaphan Kindergarten, Prachuap Khiri Khan.

We aimed to do this mission our best. We divided the mission into four parts:

  1. Fixing the toilet that was impacted by the floods
  2. Donating water tank
  3. Building water reservoir for agriculture project
  4. Learning about Subsistence Agriculture School

From old to new

Bangsaphan Kindergarten was greatly impacted by floods in January, so this time SINGHA R-SA went there to restore the school toilets.

SINGHA R-SA fixed the walls which were badly damaged by the flood until the toilets looked like new. Teamwork made us completed this task in record time. Well done SINGHA R-SA!

Filling Water, Filling Up On Happiness

SINGHA R-SA came here to put the smiles back on people’s faces.

We know that water is life, so we brought new water tanks filled with clean drinking water for the children and built two new water reservoirs for agriculture.

Subsistence Lifestyle

Another important thing SINGHA R-SA did was to learn about Subsistence Agriculture  The school has agriculture plots that can supply food for the students. We learned how to feed hens, to grow vegetables and to make mushroom nurseries and fish ponds. This was a very rewarding experience that we will never forget.

Companions

In this mission, we joined forces with Dhonburi Rajabhat University and Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin.

Even though we all came from different places, our teamwork was outstanding. We had only just met, but it felt like we had known each other for many years! Everybody worked together as a superb and strong unit.

The weather was hot, the work was hard but SINGHA R-SA volunteers never gave up. The smiles we got back worth many hours of tough work.

SINGHA R-SA is always there for those in need. We will be by your side to give help when you need it most.
