At the beginning of August, flooding in many areas was still unresolved. Hundreds of villagers, especially those who living near the rivers and mountains faced difficulties. Thus, the SINGHA R-SA mission to “Bring the Smiles Back” continued.

Because of the large areas still affected by flooding, SINGHA R-SA cooperated with Ch3 Thailand, the agent of Sahaphatthana Yasothorn Co., Ltd., Yasothorn Restaurant Business Club, SINGHA R-SA Student Network of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan Sakonnakhon Campus, and SINGHA R-SA Student Network of Roi Et Rajabhat University. We divided our resources into many relief groups and traveled to flooded areas in Na Kae District, Nakhon Phanom Province, Ban Noengiew, Wanon Niwat District, Sakon Nakhon Province, Muang District, Yasothon Province and Na Wa District, Nakhon Phanom Province. We handed out bottled Singha drinking water and cooked foods to the flood victims.

Our missions to support flood victims cannot be successful if we do not get help from many volunteers. One of the volunteers behind the scenes was Mr. Piti Bhirombhakdi (Todd) who is always a major force in planning SINGHA R-SA missions. He along with TP12, a G-Shock lover group that he belongs to, donated 200,000 Baht to a SINGHA R-SA team to make a kitchen to help the flood victims in Northeastern Thailand.

Our mission was not easy because many areas were badly affected by flooding. Traveling to the districts was hard, but our single aim was to put the smiles back on the faces of the victims. This was not a problem for SINGHA R-SA, we are always encouraging everyone to keep fighting!
